Our business

BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd trades as CO2 Company Australia. Our Australian administration office is Suite 307, Norwest Central, 12 Century Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153.

Ordering

Check the product, pack quantity, delivery address and total before ordering. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. We may decline an order reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or unlawful.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Any delivery charge is displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment details are processed by the payment provider.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Cancellation may no longer be possible once packing or dispatch has started. Our returns policy explains the next steps.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Read the product information and supplied instructions before use. Check any model-specific certification required for your purpose before purchase. Observe the operating precautions for ozone equipment, UV devices, sprayers and temperature readers.

We take care with product information and may correct errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
