Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of $90 or more. For orders below $90, Express Delivery costs $27.50 including GST. Express Delivery can also be selected for $27.50 on orders that qualify for free delivery.

Handling and transit

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing. The usual delivery estimate is 5 to 7 days after handling. Times vary by location and are estimates. The Express Delivery label is the delivery option name; a separate guaranteed express arrival time is not stated.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. Use Track Your Parcel to follow its progress. Products from the same order may be sent in separate packages.

Delivery details

Check your postcode, street address and contact details before paying. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting or tracking shows a problem.
