CO2 Company Australia is run by a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket queue: an email reaches the people who look after the orders.

We answer seven days a week and aim to reply within one business day. Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and we can find the order straight away.

The administration office is Suite 307, Norwest Central, 12 Century Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153, Australia. It is an office rather than a shop, so there is nothing to visit.
