Rights that cannot be excluded

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Using equipment

Read the supplied manual and use equipment only for an appropriate purpose. Obtain competent advice if your application requires certification, exposure control or specialised installation. Product instructions do not remove our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Responsibility for loss

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this website excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
